(Stanford, California) Brief introduction:With a background in environmental planning and anthropology, Evan has been focused on science and stakeholder-driven processes for ecosystem-based management and sustainable development. He has conducted ethnographic field work in New Zealand, Australia, India, and the Bahamas. Evan served as the lead planner for a California marine protected area design process, helped to design technological decision support tools, and developed a conceptual framework illustrating flow of information within a marine spatial planning process.
