Objectives: To provide the Regional Fisheries Livelihoods Program (RFLP) with a comprehensive understanding of the training needs related to fishery co-management of the two main target groups (fishers in the coastal communes and the government officials at commune, district, and provincial levels) in Quang Nam and Thua Thien Hue provinces.
